Refunds and Support

We at ResJo are committed to your satisfaction. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which we offer refunds for our premium plans.

Our Satisfaction Commitment: We stand behind our product and are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the platform's features or functionality, you may be eligible for a refund based on the conditions outlined below.

Conditions for Refunds:

• Unused Downloads: A full refund will be granted if you have not downloaded your resume in its final (PDF) format. This ensures you are only charged for the service of building your resume, not simply accessing templates or evaluating platform features.
• Technical Issues: If you encounter technical problems that prevent you from using the platform as intended, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, you will be eligible for a full refund.
• Accidental Purchase: If you accidentally purchase a plan and contact us immediately (within 24 hours of purchase), we will consider a full refund if you haven't downloaded the resume.
• Duplicate Payments: If you were charged multiple times due to any issue at payment gateway, please contact us and we will consider a full refund for the duplicate payments.

Non-Refundable Services:

• Downloaded Resumes: Refunds will not be granted for plans where the user has downloaded their resume in its final format. This is because the service of creating the resume has been delivered.
• Subscription Fees: Our platform does not currently offer subscriptions. However, if we introduce them in the future, please note that subscription fees are generally non-refundable after the service period begins.

How to Request a Refund: If you encounter any issues with your purchase or would like to avail a refund based on the above conditions, please don't hesitate to contact us. Simply send us an email at support@resjo.com with details like the transaction date, amount, reason for your refund request and any challenges you're facing.

Processing Time: Our friendly support team will get back to you as soon as possible. For approved refunds, please allow up to 20 business days for the processing to be completed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. The updated policy will be posted on our website.
By using our platform, you agree to the terms of this refund policy.

No Cancellation Necessary: Convenience and Simplicity

As our plans are designed for a single, upfront payment, there are no recurring charges and no need for cancellation. This simplifies your experience and ensures you only pay for what you use. Hence, no cancellations applicable on our plans.
